Removal of graffiti
The working method and product category necessary for graffiti removal depends on the nature of polluted
surface, mode of pollution and the fact, whether an Anti Graffiti protective layer was applied before the
pollution. From the surfaces already treated by protective layer, the graffiti removal is much more sparing
and cheaper task. For the graffiti removal from surfaces not treated by protective layer, even chemicals
must be used; the graffiti removal is substantially more complex, more expensive and sometimes (mainly from
soaking and porous surfaces) not 100% effective. Graffiti removers are applied by painter’s brush or by spray.
The preparation is left on the surface to operate, until the paint is dissolved. The dissolved graffiti are
washed out by hot pressurized water.
Application of Anti Graffiti protective layer (graffiti prevention)
Anti Graffiti protective layers are specially developed colourless layers applied to the surface, protecting
it from soaking up not only the graffiti, but other dirt as well. The coating effectively prevents penetrating
the graffiti into protected surface; due to that the removal is easy and much cheaper. The application is done
on clean surface in two layers. After application of protective layer the graffiti are washed out just by hot
water. The lifespan of protective layers is 5 to 7 years.
